My name is Coach Daniel
My spouse and I share a deep love for fitness and supporting others in reaching their individual goals. Together with Coach Mandy, we envisioned a fitness platform that caters to individuals at various stages of their fitness journey. Hence, DNA Health and Fitness was established to provide personalized plans for all clients, whether they prefer in-person or online training.
